in the past 24 hours i've had mc donalds, burger king and dominos. ugh

i've had a chipper and two chinese meals in the last two days.
i'll never get into those drain pipe jeans my mam got me for christmas.

We recently did a survey in our office about our favourite junk food. Mine is potato waffles with cheese singles melted on them (the dairy-free variety, which tastes exactly the same as the ordinary variety). Pot noodles, 3am hot dogs and Findus Crispy Pancakes scored highly among my co-workers.

i just listen for the rumble of the neighbour's bin's.although usually i think it's an aircraft in distress and rush to the window hoping to see a crash.one day.
anyway,i buy loads of rice cake's to fight off the junk food cravings.they're not as bad as i thought they would be and it work's as well,i've had a huge tub of iced-cream in the freezer for the last month or so.be healthy.
