But in summary:

Assange himself: an erratic, ego-maniacal bullshit artist, who is (at the very least) a sleaze
Wikileaks: At the moment I like the idea in principle
Iraq and Afganistan Leaks: Great. Important etc
Diplomatic Cables: meh, not sure, perhaps as more are released, but I don't really see enormous value yet
Helicopter Leak: why was it called "Collateral Murder" he should stop editorialising
Bank Of America: why is this not released yet? Why not get the conversation away from the US and it's wars and show how wikileaks has wider interests and usefulness?

It seems to take a while for them to prepare the stuff - theres an interesting article here that looks at wikileaks preparing to leak some war stuff. Also, maybe dumping it all in one go doesn't give enough of a chance for the content to be noticed
