Postage has gone mad expensive. I bought Ty Tabor's new album last week direct from him. The postage was more than the cd. I asked them about it and got a very nice email explaining how they are being the prices jumped big time this year and that it's killing them.

Similar experiences here. Gone are the days of mad US distro orders bursting at the seams with new music. I've become far more selective now.

I used to be able to get some LPs from the US including postage for less then they'd cost in Dublin through either a label or the band directly. Jacked up about 12 months ago.
