Apple don't do live video feeds but post them after the event at some stage during the day. MacRumors has a dedicated 'spoiler free' entry where they'll update/email you once the video feed is live on the site so you can watch it without any idea what was actually announced (although, with twitter/facebook/rss/web you'd want to ban yourself from the internet as it'd be hard not to get it spoilered)
