My barber insists on dousing me in CK One after a haircut in case I meet any ladies on the way home. Hasn’t happened yet but I’m holding out hope. Haircut costs me £6. Never been offered a cappuccino.

I haven't been there in years, so no. The singer in my band is a barber so he usually does mine. I went to Salim at the local "Ed' All American Barbershop" yesterday. He made a right balls of it.

They've been a rocker/greaser/biker thing since about 1955. When I came to Dublin in the early 90s all the indie punk kids had them too.
