Are the Danish that unselfaware?

The whole thing comes off as a pisstake.

I'd rather hang in an actual meatpacking and red light district.

"Cool", "trendy", well-to-do individuals play act with starting businesses and fetishise the new, the start, the startup. These cunts are either bankrolled by other means (venture capital, rich parents) or are so clueless they're willing to pour whatever money they've earned from whatever other work they've done into a business lark. I really don't get it. Vastly more businesses sink than swim. I suppose it is no more or less futile than pumping money into being in a rock and roll band with no hope of getting in the Billboard Hot 100.
