He lived next door to my friend in an apartment complex in Dalkey (sadly built on the site of the Dalkey Island Hotel).
One night we went down to watch a wrestling event that was on in the early hours of the morning. Wrestlemania XVII I think it was.
As we were leaving we were making a small bit of noise. Inside.
I went outside to unlock my bike and while fiddling with the lock I was taken aback to see Louis scurrying towards me and telling me he was going to call the police on me because of the noise. I shrugged and said "ok". I don't think he was expecting this. I went back to my lock. He scurried back inside.
Very unreasonable chap.
