How do I add another port to my Router? (2 Viewers)

I have a router with 4 ethernet ports all of which are taken up (my 2 PCs, My GFs PCs and a network media drive)...I've since been given an XBOX 360 and would like to play (badly) online..

Is there some sort of splitter or switch that I can have 2 devices sharing a port....The Xbox and the media drive don't need to be working at the same time....

Can I plug something like this into the router or doesthis totally replace it..

yeah just buy a cheap switch and stick it in one of the ports. i think gigabit ones are cheap enough, so you might as well go for one now so you'll have it when you eventually replace your router with one that has gigabit ports

edit2: make sure you have a think about which devices have the most throughput & connect them up accordingly - remember that everything on your switch (gigabit or not) will be going back through a single 100mb port on the router to talk to the rest of your LAN.

Thanks a million Pete - If I run the media drive and Xbos thru the one port on the router it'll be fine as I'll never be using both at once...

Will the switch I posted the link to work just as well (as its hald the price and I can just pop into Peats for it)...
