I bit the bullet and got a 'free upgrade' to the HD Horizon Box from UPC (only sticking with them 'cause the closest equivalent deal with Sky is a tenner more expensive per month) and it's getting delivered tomorrow. I understand it's an all-in-one box deal, so what's the story with port forwarding for torrents and stuff?
I forward ports in the settings for our current modem (for Transmission on my Mac and uTorrent on her PC) because certain member-only services require such for seeding purposes. I presume there are settings on the UPC box to do similar? Anyone here have any experience of that?
