Whereabouts is MacSweens?
I had veg haggis stuffed into a giant baked potato in Edinburgh in a small place near Avalanche records. It was divine, even better than deep fried mars bars.

Never buy the pre-wrapped haggis that supermarkets have tho.. butchers often do them close to Burns night and they're soooooo much better. Then all ye need are neeps and tatties.

Couldn't find a veggie haggis anywhere which is a shame.

I got a haggis in Marks and Spencers and ate it with turnips and spuds. Featuring 37% lung! And heart and liver.

My verdict: Ok, but wouldn't eat it every week or anything. It was way too salty for my liking.
