Do you even have details of the playlists for 1995-1997.

He played a song one night and I never got the name of the singer. It was a kind of slowish strummed lo-fi, alt country type with vocals like Palace Bros or Silver Jews. The best part was the last 40 seconds or so, which were whistled really nicely. Peel just said " I really like that whistling". Not knowing who it is has been annoying me for over 10 years!
