You'd better not be teasing us Alan. I got my ticket yesterday, really looking forward to this now even though all I've ever heard is the first disc of "The Tired Sounds...", will try to get a listen of disc 2 before the gig.

Yeah, they were excellent. Fair fucks to whoever put the seats into Cyprus Avenue cause it would not have been as good without them. Really odd seeing a minimalist/ambient gig in a venue like that, everyone found themselves whispering their orders at the bar.

They played the first song off disc one last night actually... i nearly lost it completely when they started playing it...
Everything about last night was great. Aside from SOTL, there seemed to be a really nice, respectful atmosphere and everyone was really quiet when they played, which was very important.
I'm really glad for Albert too cos I know how much work/stress this was for him.
Gigs like these are rare but they totally reaffirm your faith in music.
