i went with sunn o))). 2xcd copy of black one just arrived the other week. halfway through the 2nd cd my brother (who doesn't dig this shit to put it mildly) asked if i've ever seen the exorcist! black one proper though is probably the best thing they've done yet in my opinion. the vokills on the last track are probably the most amazing thing i've ever heard. oh yeah, i'd go with thorr's hammer over goatsnake too. i fell in love with runhild when i first heard her growl!

Pete Stahls's vocals are alongside with Andersons riffs what make goatsnake the ultimate stoner rock band.

His dynamics are amazing.Great example of a singer who doesnt just sing the riffs and comes up with his own shit over the top.
