that didn't really get me. Owen was the first wrestler i remember dying plus i was young(ish) at the time, in school and completely obsessed with wrestling. i freaked out when some dudes who weren't that into wrestling but still watched woludn't believe he died and were joking about it. fuckers. i actually missed it on tv. the ppvs at the time used to bore me so i just went to bed before his match and thought i'd catch the repeat. woke up the next morning for school, flipped on sky news to see footage of the ppv...
