I just went to the USIT office in Cork RTC, gave them a fake name and date of birth and got a card a few minutes later

got one for my brother too

Its pretty easy to get a real usit card with fasle details in Dublin( or at least it use to be) All you need is a school stamp on the form and birthcert. Easy enough
