motorhead headline

also playing American Headcharge, No Means No, One Minute Silence, Raging Speedhorn, Soil, Spunge, Number One Son, Dukes Of Nothing, Breed 77 and MC Krusher.

bah! motorhead are like buses! you wait 20 years and then they play twice in quick succession...
(a year between gigs being 'quick succession' in the metal world!)
Dukes of Nothing though, eh! best beards since ZZ Top.

tickets will be the usual 2million euros I presume.....
....ummmmm.... I'll take 4

thats not sooooo bad then - I think I paid around 25 to see just motorhead (and 1 godawful support band) last year

But they were fucking great though, weren't they?

I got me a Motorhead mug.

I do not fear for my rock cred when I say that's a piss poor line up.
Motorhead in Vicar street could at least rely on the over 35 to show up. They'd never go to this.

Typical Irish promotors, somebody plays here and does well, next thing they're everywhere. (Sigour Ross etc..)

Ozzfest beats it in almost everyway.

indeed.
I too got a motorhead mug.... and a keyring.... t-shirt..... lemmy is laughing all the way to the bank! you think I'd know better at my age.....
I'll be wise to them this time round, eh .... unless they've got a new range of mugs....

jossy tempest (05 Apr, 2002 02:09 p.m.):
This would only make a difference if it was NoMeansNo 10 years ago, surely.

plus part of the charm of seeing No Means No live is their 2.5 hour sets....

ahh shite... me manowar picture came out crap......

right - I'm going back to sleep
