Does anyone know anything about this?

Like if you wanna make a song available for download, but only if the user has the code... lots of bands do it with vinyl only records n that...?

maybe zip a folder and password protect it?
thats only one code per folder though...

Large Mound did it, maybe ask Hugh. Other than that dropcards.com seem to be used alot with the vinyl releases.

the new amusements did it that they put a good on their 7 inch singly and with it, you e-mailed them the code and they would forward you in 2 e-mails with the mp3's of the two songs and 2 bonus songs aswell

yeah that's how they did it. the other thing they did was an automatic mail out to say that they recieved the e-mail and it might be 1 or 2 days before they get back
