CYE series 6 (1 Viewer)

Depends whether his love for Cheryl Hines is greater than his hatred of Laurie David.

I'm just glad Leon is back.
I loved the way this freeloader just arrived at Larrys door (almost as punishment for doing the good deed of adopting the homeless family).

Just when you think it's going to be the be the obvious story of "what is this guy doing in my gaff", they end up getting on really well together.

"You my nigga!"

Leon is amazing. "Climb in that asshole larry, fuck that shit up, leave a snickers wrapper in there"

He must have written the "cheryl and larry split" story pretty quickly because they seperated in June and they had a teaser for the series with shots from episode 8 in it in September. Or else its just a horrible coincidence.

Have you tried LimeWire? I got the first 7 there no problem.

I'm afraid of limewire. I tried to get some software from it before and ended up with a load of porn and viruses.

'porn and viruses' would be a good name for a band.

Just watched episode 9.
I'd forgotten that Steve Coogan was due to be in an episode.

It was funny enough but starting to think it might be time for it to draw to a close.
The complicated story lines that link up at the end seem to becoming more important than the humour.

Thought it was total classic Curb, especially since a few of the last episodes of the series were just really stretching things with the absurd. Really really enjoyed that one.

I think you are right about the link ups to an extent but I think they are becoming too complicated and unbelievable as opposed to sacrificing humour elsewhere.

Maybe it wasn't so bad.

Let me just talk to my therapist & I'll let you know if I liked it tomorrow.

You have till Monday to decide.

I don't know how I feel about the season as a whole though, looking back over it, it hasn't really sunk in yet or something. I read that season 5 wasn't generally liked but I love it, not sure what the general conscensus is with this one.

Does anybody feel that "The Blacks" were underused a bit. If he does another season Leon and Bright the Therapist have to be in it.

I really liked Season 5
I thought the last episode of Season 5 seemed like a great episode to finish the show on & was quite surprised to see that they were making a 6th season.

I'm hoping for a spin off show where Larry & Leon move into a New York apartment together.

;)

this series is getting better & better as it goes on.
first few you could really see the threads being setup for the obvious finish but the last 3 have been deadly....especially the one with mcenroe

Got em all now. Just was finding that all the seeds dropped off after a while, and was left with a 5kb connection (on a 4mb line). So just left it running overnight.

All very silly but still had a few chuckles.

I liked the idea that Larry's problem all along was that he was hanging out with up tight white folk.
As soon as he starts hanging out with The Blacks his behaviour seems normal.

"You gotta become another muthafucka right now"

is there anything Leon can't do? I thought that episode was great. Imagine the possibilities for series 7.
