And Vice versa. It depends on what type of elections but in local elections anyone whose registered to vote including asylum seekers can vote. We did alot of work around migrants right to vote around the time of the local elections and alot of people dont realise their rights with regards to voting.
i think the only thing UK nationals can't vote in here is the presidential election and referendums
but the president is so meaningless we hardly ever vote for it so they aren';t missing out
