Anyone got any recent updates with regards to BYOB spaces in Dublin?

There's this new gaff opened out in Rialto that apparently you can just head to, set up a PA, and have a gig in the house, it's great from what I hear

got this email from the folks at musiclee.ie today...don't know if they'll be open to hiring out the room when they're not using it but sounds good all the same.

"We are delighted to have found a realy nice room for concerts in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7. It is a private room next door to Sonic Studios that will seat 80 people and we will have a top notch pa system (Nexo PS15 Speakers - Midas Venice 24 chanel mixing desk - EV monitors - Range of mics, AKG, Sure & Neuman) in an atmospheric candle-lit listening room. Mark Dennehy, who has been at the sound desk in The Cherrytree for the last 4 years will again be in charge of sound and the room will be run as a members-only club so you can bring along a bottle (s) or just have tea/coffee. This means we can now arrange concerts for Fridays and Saturdays in the city centre without the venue turning into a night club or having to pay 4/5euro a drink.

We will officially launch it on Saturday 23rd July with a concert by Session Americana.
Book for this early as 80 seats max.
But we will be having a sneak preview concert soon so keep in touch.

I know that it can stay open til 3am and it was one of the better byob places, as for actual info no.
