is this the song on the spike jones video?

The song is called Windowlicker.

WARP released the video on VHS at the time, and the soundtrack on a 12" or CD
(not sure if it was bleeped or not - the bleeped version is much funnier).

The only Spike Jonze connection is that himself, Michel Gondry, and Chris Cunningham
(director of Windowlicker and of Come To Daddy) set up a label together, to release
their music videos on DVD.

Cunningham's one has the above-mentioned 2 Aphex videos (Windowlicker is bleeped
and unbleeped), the Bjork one with 2 female robots snogging, and some adverts (including
the Playstation one with the girl whose face was morphed into an alien).

Gondry's one runs for hours and hours, and has lots of White Stripes, Daft Punk,
and Bjork videos.

Jonze's one has Sabotage and Cannonball (2 of the best music videos ever made),
some Fatboy Slim... and Bjork.
