It tastes lovely though - very, eh, earthy. Jew no what's georgeous? Beetroot soup. Put a dash of vodka in it when serving - amazerbeams.

I recognised them as beetroot (with the tops) immediately... but we used to grow beetroot so maybe that's why. I have also bought beetroot in bunches.
