That's about the going rate on a JCM2000. Maybe a little overpriced.

Really? A bargain whatever then. Good amps. DOA used one the other night and it was probably the fiercest guitar sound I've heard in a long time.

I'd say that was more down to the guitarist than the amp. There's one on adverts for 350 with no movement so can't see dearer ones going any quicker.

Can probably get one for around 300 if anyone wants one.

I'd say if I was looking an amp today and they go that cheap I'd not bother with anything else. Shit,if I knew they went that cheap I maybe wouldn't have bothered getting my other amp fixed.

I'm pretty sure you'd be missing the Superleads pretty soon after getting one of these.

That doesn't surprise me. A shop on Ebay have the 450g at €1780!

As Les Pauls go it's quite ugly as well.

Yeah, wouldn't be a fan of sunburst on a Les Paul anyway, but that's particularly harsh looking. You're right though @chris d, a good set of Grovers + the Classic 57s (defo Gibson, Epi don't do a version) and you're well over the asking price for the guitar.
