I only have a bootleg of this one

The Filipino band? Really Pistols influenced. I think this is from '84.

A few of those brilliant Filipino HC albums that came out on tape in 85/86 were reissued on vinyl about decade ago. Small pressings.
Do you have any of them Gary?
Sorry I can't remember the band names

Both released by Giant Records. Wasn’t there some controversy with them & distribution rights?

I only have that and the recent dead ends reissues. At least that I can remember

Probably royalty payments. It nearly always was

I'm only aware of Government Issue and Verbal Assault getting reissued from them.

Dag Nasty and Uniform Choice maybe don't want those ones reissued but the label has been gone for years and that's an easy excuse

I have a vague recollection of reading somewhere that the European release of Field Day by We Bite was unauthorised by the band or something - basically a bootleg. Shenanigans of some kind anyway.

Can Spotify and bandcamp not do that?
The Venn diagram between what I want to listen to on Apple Music and what I want to listen to on Bandcamp are two independent circles. Bandcamp is great but not much Neil Young on there.

Spotify is pure prick, Apple makes me feel less dirty.

Twisted Red Cross Records was 80's Filipino HC punk tape label run by Tommy Tanchanco of THIRD WORLD CHAOS.

label did 2016 Pinoy punk reissues I mentioned above.
The 2024 DEAD ENDS reissues were on a German label sub label of Merciless records
My memory didn't let me down - these are really, really good tunes.

I'm a aware there was a we bite press of it,just not any accusations of it being unauthorized
I might be misremembering the details but I’m pretty sure I read an interview at some point that said there was some kind of rights related nonsense going on.
