What movie did you watch last night? (12 Viewers)

Bram Stokers Dracula. I have a real soft spot for that crappy film. Though my patient begins to wane about half way through.

"left bwudapest early this morning"

Dead Snow. Norvegian language zombie/horror/comedy. Had low expectations before watching this but it's surprisingly well done. The Norvegian language sounded really like a gibberish form of Irish to my ears.

Hellraiser (the first one). Somehow during my exploration of horror films during the late 80s/early 90s, I always knew of this film series but never actually watched it. Good thing, the story is bonkers. It's like a fifty shades of gray horror drama.

I finally saw this classic

It's almost very good but over the top 80s-ness took me out of it

It follows: I saw this pop up on a few lists of horror movies to watch for halloween 2015. Teenage girl has sex with her boyfriend, turns out the boyfriend has transferred a curse to the girl. The curse being that a scary person is literally on their way walking to you & if it catches up, it'll kill you. The cinematography and the 70's aesthetic of this film was excellent but the main plotline was over all the place.

saw Room there last week. really liked it. is more or less loyal to the book with possibly a few tweaks in story line but nothing major. can't remember specifics of book. Mother character is excellent in it

Spectre: fairly mediocre, needed more things blown up and action sequences. Running time too long.
This was abysmal. Good God.

First off, fuck the whole Batman orphan thing. It's played out. And you nicked it.
Dragging Mads and the other villains into some super lame tie-in because Marvel have a universe and that makes money.
And everything has to be a fucking callback to something else now. Let's have him fight a henchman on a train and throw him off, because we all remember that's what Roger Moore did.

Lea Seydoux and Monica Bellucci had screen time in the exactly inversely incorrect proportion.

Also - another tired plot involving surveillance. Yawn
And the fucking cat!
We're getting back to what Austin Powers was making fun of.

In 4 movies they've managed to take it from its Jason Bourne-y reboot back to a fucking cartoon

I have to stop talking about this film. I get annoyed.

The only one of the recent Bond films i like is the second one. It's short and snappy. The product placement in casino royal spoils all of Mads good work. and Skyfall was absolute fucking garbage. 3 hours of it.

Watched Magic Mike last night. I really enjoyed it.
