What's wrong with it? I think it's nice, don't notice a difference between that and any other supermarket chorizo (assuming we're talking about the sausage with the string on the end and not the pre-sliced stuff).
There's fuck all flavour off of it. And half of it is gristle/fat.
I used to love it when I lived there.
Either they've changed brands or my taste buds have.
