The Yellow Sea. Yakuza movie set in China and Korea. No one has guns so they use hatchets to get their points across. Good movie, although it gets a bit ott and ridiculous. The preceeding movie by the same director is supposed to be better - The Chaser. Anyone seen it?

Solaris. I always avoided this film because it was 'sci-fi' but I rather enjoyed it despite it being depressing.

Picnic at Hanging Rock. Death by Pan flute.

Saw Into The Abyss by Werner Herzog. Documentary about killers, one is on death row, one has to serve 40 yrs b4 hes eligible for parole. Also interviewed are members of the victims and one of the killers families as well as the death house chaplain and an ex captain of the death house guard. Moving fiim.

watched so many movies since january but too many to list but i can safely say that 'A Dangerous method' was one of the worst pieces of shit ive ever seen. the cast is decent and the plot promising but sweet fucking jesus, i wanted to drown kiera knightely and the script is terrible and the acting wooden because of that.

Anyway, I watched Moneyball. I don't know enough about baseball to find any of this interesting. Brad Pitt was playing Brad Pitt

I loved Submarine. I still laugh when I think of the Christmas dinner scene.
I watched 50/50 the other night too, didn't hate it but didn't love it. It was just kinda there.

Just finished Sleeping Beauty. Odd flick. Haven't made up my mind about it yet.
