Mmoths, Not Squares, Fighting With Wire, La Faro, Mojo Fury, Squarehead, R.S.A.G, Jogging, Tieranniesaur, Kowalski & more have been announced for this year’s Pigstock Festival on June 1st-3rd in Killinchy, Co. Down.
Northern Ireland’s stand out music festival, Pigstock is set to return to Killinchy in 2012 with a bigger and better line up than ever before. The event which runs from June 1st to 3rd will see a host of Ireland’s most exciting bands perform
Pigstock started as a birthday party in a marquee in 2008. It was attended by 200 people and featured bands from the immediate area playing through a borrowed pa. The years following saw the event grow each year. Crowds continue to build with last years festival being attended by 1500 people, enjoying some of Northern Ireland’s top bands. For their efforts Pigtock earned a nomination for best festival at the Northern Irish Music Awards.
Pigstock returns this year to help kick off the summer festival season. There will be 32 bands playing across three stages over two days, a food village and the Pigstock bar.
