A tribute gig to mark one year since the passing of Derek Nally will be held in Whelans this Saturday, with Ham Sandwich, Jape, Goodtime, Pugwash & more lined up to play.
On the 16th July we’re hosting a special performance by Ham Sandwich and some very special guests in celebration of the life of Derek Nally and the memorial of his death.
Synonymous with live music in Ireland, Derek was an independent promoter, the manager of Ham Sandwich, a DJ, a booker for Whelan’s, a man of generous spirit, a storyteller, a friend and much much more.
One year on from the passing of one the most revered people in Irish music we still remember him as fondly as ever and miss him dearly.
