Brooklyn-based nu-jazz project Dirty Projectors teams up on tour with innovative British post-jazz quintet Polar Bear, and L.A. experimentalists Lucky Dragons. Dirty Projectors, led by genius songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Dave Longstreth, were signed to Domino following the release of Rise Above, their critically acclaimed “reimagining” of Black Flag’s Damaged.
1st April: THE MIGHTY DIAMONDS / Firehouse Skank DJs @ Crawdaddy
Veteran roots harmony trio The Mighty Diamonds perform hits from their 40 year career, including roots reggae classics from their sublime albums Right Time and Deeper Roots.
2nd April: D12 / Royce 5’9" @ Tripod
Detriot hip-hop collective including Eninem. D12 shot to fame with their debut ‘Devil’s Night’ and the follow up D12 World.
17th April: PLASTICIAN @ Crawdaddy
Grime and dubstep pioneer whose pirate radio shows on Rinse FM and BBC Radio One Residnecy slot mark him as a key figurehead of the scene.
