Wowee Zowee special edition (2 Viewers)

I'd slap my forehead only my memory is so bad, I can't risk the damage.

Got a DVD of Pavement videos last Christmas and it caused me to revisit Brighten the Corners and Terror Twilight.

I'd been insistent that the first three records were better by a mile.

There not! Think I was put off initially because they were shinier and less scuzzy sounding. But Brighten the Corners is now my favourite pavement album.

Revisiting something you thought was crap only to discover it's actually quite cool is my new favourite thing.

did anyone really listen the second disc of either of the special versions? slanted one is good but the gig isn't that good. i can't even remember the second half of CRCR special edition.... wowee zowee. how stoned were they? good album though.
