Any camp I went on was pretty cool. I was still in scouts/venturers up til I was 17. Got my Explorer Belt in Germany and all. Going back to Germany as a leader in scouts in July too.

Haha, thats class. A bunch of us went till we were 15/16 and we were gonna become leaders but the whole thing started gettin' terribly monotonous because there was no actual venturers division...we did have some mad times though. But we never got any badges and barely went to any jamborees.

The drummer from Ten Past Seven used to go to the same scouts as I did..|..|

Hahaha cool. I managed to do the Belt and stuff like that because we just started our own Venturers unit cos no one else would start one. We had to have member from the entire county to get enough people. It fell apart when we left as there was no one else to carry one the group.

ah the cubscouts brings back memories was in them from about 6 til 12, was a 'sixer' n' all. Still mean to get all my old badges and put em on a sleeveless denim jacket! The cubs did teach me one valuable lesson though, that basically all you had to do was get both yourself and a friend to lie and you'd get plenty of new badges every week. Its not what you do in life it's who you know and how well you lie.
