I'd agree with most of those myself, although I have a real soft spot for Pink Floyd, and Fatboy Slim has managed quite a few good tracks along the way. I also find the White Stripes more boring and ignorable than out-and-out irritating.

I'd say of currently-active bands, the one I loathe the most is possibly Belle & Sebastian. Their oh-so-ironic, overorchestrated utter tweeness irritates the living fuck out of me.

Whether or not they're the worst band ever, well, I'm sure I could think of a worse one, given time I don't have right now.
