try looking in the small ads for garage / storage spaces. You might get something reasonably isolated that you can soundproof. I f yr not rehearsing that regularly It'll prolly work out cheaper to go with rented bandrooms.

I woke up from the oddest dream this morning.

I dreamt I was former England, Nottingham Forest, Sampdoria and Sheffield Wenesday centre half Des Walker (back when he had the wedge haircut). I was lying down in my bed and some bitch came in and shot me 4 or 5 times but she didn't kill me, so I got up and I struggled over to the phone to ring the police but she came in to check on my corpse. I crushed her throat with my bare hands. Then the alarm clock went off.
