I heard a reviewer on the radio slamming Ripley because it was in Black & White making Italy look like an industrial site. It’s the first time I wanted to call in but I was driving at the time. Did he not understand the Caravaggio theme throughout? Light and dark. It was stunning and being in black and white was key for many reasons. I was annoyed.

This was very not great. Ends on cliffhangersish so maybe wait for a definite s2 before starting.

The nanofibres women (Augie?) is v pretty, but way too glamourous for a scientist and the obvious lip filler looks bizarre
