any good health shop (down to earth has some) but last time i got some i just ended up eating the stuff off a spoon so havent gone near it since.

how many times do i have to say it? peanut butter and chocolate have no business together. chocolate covered peanuts are ok though.

whats the general feeling on simple buttered toast? should it be buttered while the toast is hot so that it goes all melty? or should you wait til it cools a bit so that the toast stays crunchy? i prefer melty and soggy

Tesco's do one in Engerland, I don't know whether Irish Tescos do, but yes, Down to Earth will have something similar. It's really good for crepes as well.
