Right I have to pick songs for my Wedding Video . This might sound easier than you think but Im not too sure .

A Wedding video is something you watch once and then put away for about 30 years later so your kids can have a look . So what Im saying is I need songs that are going to make me look cool to the kids in 30 years time but will also please the missus now .

Any suggestions ?

FUCKING TIMELESS

if there are still humanoids around in 30 years time i'm pretty sure they'll want to hear tina turner singing prince songs.
it'll probably be like mad max beyond thunderdome anyway

also, if you just pretend to get married this song will have an extra, deeper meaning

joking aside I reckon if it's something that your kids will be watching in 30 years time you should use contemporary pop stuff, all those horrible tunes, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Metro Station (shudder) etc that define the present..they'll mark the time and place far better than "cool" songs

It can be your personal Rock and Roll years /reeling in the years thing

I'm imagining watching someone's wedding video from the 80's, and hearing this...
