Asking you guys if you will sign / share this petition.

Petition International Trigeminal Neuralgia Awareness Day

TN has very little funding or awareness at present, getting on the WHO list makes a huge difference for research, Awareness and so on.

In fact its a bit mad to think that the most painful condition in the world isn't on the WHO topics list in 2015.

I actually know two people diagnosed with this, and they can vouch for its painfulness. One had to have brain surgery to treat it.

Its about 50% (In Ireland). I know people who have been cured, and people who have been made worse. There are 5-6 surgical style treatments and none of them are conclusively successful as the exact physicality of how the nerve is in each person is different.

And yes, It is exceptionally painful.

In that particular case, mostly, from what I gather, but there was a lot of luck involved in that regard.
