actimel?...bugger knows, tastes nice though, esp the tropical fruits one, also keeps the dog happy for about an hour as he chews the shit out of the bottle to get at the leftovers.

Best hangover cure is fresh fruit juice thing from the epicurean foodhall...dunno where you'd find that stuff in the wesht tho:rolleyes:
did i leave a trail of increasingly drunken texts and voice messages on yr phone last night? you can probably chart the evenings disintegration via them!

indeed a fruit explosion is whats needed. fluctuating body temp - its grim jim!

Hmmm...yes!

Had an insanely early night and turned me phone off in anticipation of said trail.

Much amusement greeted me this morning though while eating said actimel yoke:D

for my breakfast i had
  • a dozen Kids Smiles (potato waffle style things from McCains in the shape of smiley faces)
  • Baked beans with veggie sausages (never seen them before)
  • 3 ferrerro rocher
  • a bottle of coke i put in the freezer last night
mmmm holidays.

i thought i was kinda fruity for liking special k, it's so delicious, esp. with fresh berries in it, fruits of the forest, blackberries, rasberries, red currants etc. real frsh coffee is essential.

Don't do the breakfast, buh a double espresso when I get into work ALWAYS hits the spoh

breakfast cereal in the morning strikes me as wrong
surely it's for eating at half 10 at night when the dinner has worn off?

those bidifus yoghurts are full of sugar - which keeps the culture alive. So you've a lovely be flora-ed and fauna-ed bowel, but shag all teeth.

Again I direct you to the crunchy nut cornflakes, the day is encircled by their golden halo...zen cereal.

I eats those actimel things as much for the idea of jungle like flora in my innards as anything else...like that gremlin in Gremlins-2 that drank the super-fertiliser and went veggy, on the outside.:D

i normally have a bowl of grapes, pineapple & strawberries with yoghurt on top, washed down with a glass of orange juice.

nice.

apple danish, coffee, orange juice. and a can of full-fat coke. i am miserably hungover this morning. be nice to me.

A bowl of regret followed by two slices of memory washed down by a cup of "chin-up-and-get-on-with-it".

sleep would be good. i was so inebriated when i got home last night that instead of going straight to bed like a good minka, i stayed up and listened to almost all of "strangeways here we come". oh, and "my little town" by simon and garfunkel.

come to think of it, a fry would be good as well. mmmmeggsmmmmm.
