What do people think about their reintroduction?
I don't think the graduate tax idea is a bad idea if it is progressive and there are allowance of perhaps six months to a year after leaving college. Its run in Scotland and works there. It's not like you're used to having money coming out of college and a percentage of pay taken when you are earning would be better than having to pay the 1500euro registration fee or whatever its at now. Obviously that was just one proposal but I thought it made sense.
