The WTF Thread (5 Viewers)

  1. The chances of dying from a venomous snakebite in the United States is nearly zero, because we have available, high-quality medical care in the U.S. Fewer than one in 37,500 people are bitten by venomous snakes in the U.S. each year (7-8,000 bites per year), and only one in 50 million people will die from snakebite (5- ...May 2, 2012

i like the little bit of slick detective work by the cops there: "and no money, leading police to believe he never planned to pay the escort for her services"

THAT'S FRED SAVAGE????

Japan should probably have a dedicated WTF thread, but this is a Karaoke show called "Sing What Happens".

A Japanese variety show hosted by actor comedian Yoshimi Tokui, challenging male contestants to make it through a karaoke while being manually stimulated by beautiful, professional women. Meanwhile, the hosts are in the studio laughing at them, and onscreen captions indicate when they've finished.

The show itself is called Sing What Happens. A pretty boring title about a gameshow with handjobs if you ask me, but apparently any part of the handjob is never seen on camera because the contestants are hidden behind a red curtain from the waist down, so you only get the facial reactions from the players involved.

Contestants are asked to choose a karaoke song and sing it til the end, all the while receiving pleasure from a woman, but the point of the game is the men have to not only 100% complete the song without stopping or flubbing a line, but also not "complete" the handjob while singing. That's right, apparently some men actually ejaculate which is a big no for this competition.

The most awkward part in a contest that is nothing but awkward parts has to be the camera panning down to the sad little puddles of cum on the floor after each finish. The semen is pixelated to make it safe for TV, because they wouldn't want to risk offending any viewers of the handjob karaoke show.

1 million yen roughly $10,000 was on offer for any contestant who could score 90 points. Not surprisingly, the money didn't get paid out: The winner finished with 86.

I guess you could call that an unhappy ending.
