Got a shitty Novation K-Station a while back, now it won't turn on. The power input has gone all weeble-wobble so I'm guessing it's that. Do i dare take my 'that looks like it isn't right so I'll spray solder all over it like the Tin Man jizzing on Dorothy' approach to a synth? I've never opened one up before

The K-Station is a great synth!!! Not exactly road-worthy but has decent sounds. Open it up an have a look. They open up pretty easily and are easy to get back together. Make sure you're confidant you know what the problem is before ya even go near it with a soldering iron though!

have you tried it with a different adapter?
