sounds good?

I got my amp serviced yesterday so that when MyDisco use it they will soon amazing! and I'm not even going, I'll be in Galway. Seriously though GO TO THIS GIG they won't let you down. Easily the best band I seen in Australia.

just a hunch but probably all the free beer being given out in the city.

6-7 Entertainment.ie free bar in Spy
7-9 Filmbase- free tiger and Kopperberg
9-?? The Rapture in the Village-free beer and spirits and food and music

Was at The Rapture meself. Would've liked to go to Skinny Wolves but went home straight after gig.

the other thing i suppose is that between, Spoons, CapPasCap, Peter Bjorn and John and all the other indie gigs on in the city this saturday, a lot of people don't do two nights in town in one weekend. The same or similar crowd would've usually gone to SW i would've thought? (ok maybe not P,B&J fans but)

Twenty minutes. That's what they played for. They were enjoyable enough.

Don't get the Shellac comparisons. I thought they sounded more like Rage Against the machine!

I've never been in such an empty venue.

well I've the babysitter booked for saturday... but this sickness might scupper those plans.

(ahem; Large Mound opening for The Blood Arm in CrawDaddy on Monday)

ah, nate and the silver surfer!
cheers for coming down last night

poor turnout, but hey, it happens now and again...

i though my disco were great!

cork & limerick people, make sure you see them...

My Disco were SAVAGE last night in Cork - if you Limerick folk don't go you'll regret it forever .|..| .|..| .|..| .|..|

I went, there were no reckidsor cd's left! Just orange tinged t-shirts..

Anyway, I enjoyed them but they weren't on very long and I got the vibe it was "this is the last gig of the tour" type performance..
