EndTheAgony_From_7.jpg
END THE AGONY - from the lungs '7 4€
Slow, pained, pummelling heaviness. I can't exactly place the sound. It's not doom, metal, or hardcore. End The Agony has elements of doom, but it's more of a dirge - think along the lines of Buzzoven with a tiny bit of Dystopia and Corrupted. I can't believe this is a duo.

MASSMORD / SHADES OF GREY split lp 10€
Two intense hardcore crust bands from Stockholm, Sweden team up for a powerhouse new split album. MASSMORD have previously released two albums and have eseblished a reputation for delivering high quality, down-tuned hardcore punk (they have been compared to “WOLFBRIGADE and TO WHAT END? mixed with some FROM ASHES RISE and KYLESA.”). SHADES OF GREY share the other side of this split and are the perfect match, both musically and ideologically speaking. Having only previously released a demo, this will be the band’s first large-scale release. Both bands have excellent recording production with an absolutely huge sound. Prepare to be blown away!

Expect everything from slow emotional parts to furious head on d-beat tempos. Melancholic and powerful. CLEAR VINYL.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL / S.A.T.A.N. split lp 8€
2 polish bands enetered recording studios for the 2nd time and decided to put the result of those sessions on one split LP. Good idea, as both bands can be placed on simmilar shelf - angry, fast, full of fury punk mixing fast hardcore with powerviolence and grindcore. You can say they are inspired by Artimus Pyle, Iron Lung, Dystopia, Orchid, Discordance Axis among many others. The Bold and The Beautiful from Lublin (with people from Amen, Antichrist, Knife in the leg, Silence and more) goses more into 80's hardcore direction, but with full speed. S.A.T.A.N. (with guys from Romeo Must Die and H-407) go more into grind direction. Brutal record. ....

wakenux150.jpg
WAKE UP ON FIRE / NUX VOMICA split lp 9€
A long time coming, this is a collaboration by two of the most intense bands to ever come out of Baltimore: WAKE UP ON FIRE, and NUX VOMICA. WAKE UP ON FIRE were known for their immensely heavy cello-laden doom crust, mixing clean-channel atmospherics with tribal drumming and searing guitars. NUX VOMICA return off the heels of their ASR debut LP “A Civilized World,” and deliver a complex mix of crust, epic metal, and clean-channel post-rock/drone. Both groups have managed to evade easy categorization, and this release is certainly no exception.

BLACKOUT2NDLP150.jpg
BLACKOUT - stop the clock lp 8€
Following directly on their heels of their 2007 debut LP, Minneapolis’ BLACKOUT deliver another dose of angst-ridden punk rock'n'roll madness. The music is powerful hardcore punk (read POISON IDEA) with a healthy dose of MOTÖRHEAD style metal. Lyrics are cut-to-the-bone observations about life on the ugly underside of society and are heavily influenced by classic American Blues music. BLACKOUT include members of ASSRASH, PROVOKED, STILLBORN, PHALANX, etc. As with the previous album, this was recorded at the House of Misery studio. Musically this album is heavier, better produced and orchestrated than their debut.

ictus_imperium.jpg
ICTUS - impervim cd 8€
ICTUS from Galicia/Spain delivers us their own way of modern-hardcore with a huge punch of crust and metal. holymcavecanem.gif
THE HOLY MOUNTAIN / CAVE CANEM split '7 4€
THE HOLY MOUNTAIN hailing from Tampa, Florida! The Holy Mountain play a brutal brand of hardcore punk. Using the d-beat, the blast beat, bitter demented vocals, and fucked-up over the top guitar leads, The Holy Mountain dishes out musical violence that has been compared to bands like World Burns To Death, Driller Killer, From Ashes Rise, and Deathside. Dan from Combat Wounded Veteran handles vocal duties and pens bleak, spitefull lyrics railing against attoricities and oppression and the concentraitions of power responsible for them!
CAVE CANEM from Hannover, Germany play a brutall powerful hardcore that combine the pounding, downtunes metal style of MOTÖRHEAD with the brutally powerful presence of TRAGEDY, FROM ASHES RISE and some traditional and modern neo-crust hints. the new songs are more dark and slow...

ALL SYSTEMS FAIL - s/t lp 8€ (back in stock)
after several 7" and a split 7" now the first lp by this amazing anarchopunkband from salt lake city, usa. they deliver us 80's punk/hardcore... a mix between conflict and crass, @patia no and los crudos to gauze and anti-cimex
http://www.myspace.com/allsystemsfail

los%20dolares.gif
LOS DOLARES - las venas abertas... lp 8€
Way more "crusty" and aggressive than their previous records. 14 songs of cool southamerican Hcpunk by this venezuelan band are delivered in a very convincing, fas and angry way - some spoken word stuff and melodic bits thrown in for your listening pleasure. The songs are transformed chapters of the book "the open wounds of South America" by Galeano. Excellent record from a brilliant band. Lyrix are dealing with the history of South America in general and the situation of Venezuela today. Cover and booklet are nicely put together and all lyrix and comments are translated in english - Highly recommended!
