The good ones aren't that easy to find in Ireland but my current favourite is Barbancourt 8 year old from Haiti. Straight up in a brandy glass with no ice, lovely.
Also worth a mention, Flor de Cana 18 year old from Nicaragua and Lidl's own label white rum (cheaper and better than Bacardi).
