It's a throw up between being a large single or a small double - the bed's a double anyways. Sharing a bathroom with one person. We've NTL, internerd, dishwasher, washing machine and all that. It's in dun aengus on the docks, so it's about two minutes to anywhere. Rent's e70 a week with a deposit of e240 (off the top of my head). People are early-mid 20s, three lads and a lass, very relaxed gaff, but not really a party house as people work, though it tends to get a bit nuts on weekends.
