We've got a medium sized single room available in the centre of Rathmines if anyone is interested. It's available from august 17th and rent is €500 per month plus bills (esb, ntl, broadband & bins). It's a four person house and currently there are two guys and one girl living here. We're all mid twenties, working people and pretty laid back. Ideally we are looking for a girl to keep the gender balance but we will consider guys too. Send a pm or reply here if interested.
