double room for rent in a 4 bedroomed gaff in artane.

the room is pretty big with built in wardrobes...loads storage space.
all mod cons: dishwater, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas heating, ntl wireless broadband and cable tv house alarm.
front and back garden, the living room opens out onto the garden, we have a bbq as well.
our landlord is really good and fixes everything and the rent allowance guy is brilliant as well and will sort u out if u need to straight away
the rent also may be decreasing in the next week or so so ill update this with a new price if it is.
youll be livin with 2 girls and one boy all from 25-29 .
we all work in art or music and are addicted to the internet and watching films. so if u wanna watch load films and be creative in a quiet enough gaff come and have a look at the room.
