Hi, We have a huge double room available in our very central apartment on Bolton St in D1.
The room is really big, great for a couple or someone with heaps of gear. There is a double bed, full length mirror, large double wardrobe and a heater in the room.
The apartment is really close to town, 2 minutes to tesco, Aldi, Lidl, henry st and Cineworld. There's a spar and a 24 hour centra about 30 seconds down the road.
Internet, flat screen tv, NTL, and all mod cons.
You would be living with two laid back NZ professionals (24,26), who like going to shows, watching movies, partying during the weekend, etc.
Male, female; couple, single; meat or plant eaters - we really don't care as long as you are easy to get along with and responsible.
The rent is €750 per month + bills (power and NTL, bugger all really) + deposit of €750
