this was a deadly buzz, even if i was out of my birdhole by the time we got around to playing... amazing turn-out. gotta say, val did do a deadly job but there's something about the place, the sound is just kinda shit, can't really get around it. no mics on the toms either, why do people think that's not important? every piece of kit needs to be miced, even the hi-hat. especially the hi-hat. and the drum stool was made for a leprechaun. those matrix tings are flippin deadly, 24 hrs for 4 euros, that that's a gig.

not for me it won't... you see, this gig was the pre-cursor to something pretty cool for me so no, no matter what, the battles shows won't be better than this for me, even if i got to see the battles shows. but hey, check out ian williams, i hear he's got some bitchin' pedals.
